AI processing of calls

Our calling line is powered by AI. Your call is transcribed and analysed automatically so we can capture skills and requirements without asking you to fill in a form.

AI produces a suggested match. Decisions about interviews and hiring are always made by the employer, never by our system alone.

When we share information

We share a professional's profile with a prospective employer only when that professional has asked us to look for work, and only for roles that are relevant to them.

How long we keep it
