Who can use GlamHire

You must be 18 or older and legally able to work in, or hire in, India. Businesses must be genuine beauty or wellness establishments such as salons, spas, nail studios, makeup studios, beauty clinics or franchise chains.

If you are a beauty professional

We match on what you can actually do, so accuracy matters.

• Describe your skills, specialty, experience and certifications truthfully.
• Keep your availability, city and salary expectations up to date.
• Attend interviews you have agreed to, or tell us in advance if plans change.
• Create only one profile for yourself, and do not call on behalf of someone else without their consent.
• GlamHire never charges a professional a placement fee. If anyone asks you for money to be placed, tell us.

If you are an employer

Talent trusts the roles we share, so listings must be real.

• Post only genuine openings with accurate salary, incentives, working hours and accommodation details.
• Hire lawfully and without discrimination on the basis of gender, caste, religion, region, marital status, disability or any other protected ground.
• Do not ask candidates for deposits, security money, training fees or original documents as a condition of being considered.
• Use candidate information only to evaluate that candidate for your role, and do not resell or redistribute it.
• Honour the offer you make, including salary and joining date.

What GlamHire does and does not promise

We are an introduction and matching service. We are not an employer, a staffing agency of record, or a party to any employment contract that results from a match.

• We do not guarantee that a professional will be hired, or that an employer will find a suitable candidate.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of information given to us by another user, though we act on reports of misuse.
• Verification, background checks, trade tests and reference checks remain the employer's responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific service.

AI matching

Our calling line and matching engine are powered by AI. Transcription and matching can be imperfect. Treat our suggestions as a shortlist to review, not a final decision, and confirm important details directly with the other party.

Acceptable use

The following are not allowed on GlamHire.

• Fake profiles, fake businesses, or impersonating another person or brand.
• Posting roles that are not genuine, including multi level marketing, adult services or anything unlawful.
• Harassing, threatening or abusive behaviour toward any user or our team.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or automated bulk access to our platform or data.
• Using GlamHire data to build a competing database or to send unsolicited marketing.

Suspension and removal

We may pause or remove a profile or a job requirement if we believe these terms have been broken, if information is false, or if a user is putting others at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

Fees

Access for beauty professionals is free. Employer pricing, where applicable, is confirmed with you before any charge. We will never charge you without your agreement.

Liability

GlamHire is provided on an as is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for hiring outcomes, employment disputes, losses arising from a user's conduct, or indirect and consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. The date on this page shows the current version, and continuing to use GlamHire means you accept it.

Who you are contracting with

GlamHire is a brand owned and operated by Yumi Glow Online Services Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. References to GlamHire, "we" or "us" in these terms mean Yumi Glow Online Services Pvt Ltd. These terms are governed by Indian law.
